Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Scholarships for applicants of Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Belarus, Azerbaijan and Afghanistan for Master


In 2016, stipends are available only for the following Master´s programmes:

  • Computer Science
  • European Union - Russia Studies
  • Information Technology Law
  • Quantitative Economics
  • Robotics and Computer Engineering
  • Software Engineering

The scholarship will provide a stipend of 400 EUR per month for two years (standard study period of Master’s studies). Only exception is Information Technology Law which is a 1-year programme and thus the stipend is paid for one year. The scholarship does not cover tuition fee. However, in all programmes listed above there are tuition-waivers available for the best applicants (allocated based on admissions ranking lists).

In 2016, there will be 8 stipends available.

Applicants are required to meet all admission requirements and submit the full package of application documents (please find more information on the website of your chosen study programme).
