Erasmus Mundus Master in Mechatronic and Micro-Mechatronic Systems

  •  Bachelor, Master, Internship
  •   Russia

The Dual Master´s Degree Master in Mechatronic Engineering was developed during the 2008-2012 period with the support of the ERASMUS MUNDUS Program. The outstanding success of our alumni and our cooperation with the industry are paving the way for us to continue with this programme by offering a two-year (120 ECTS) accredited* master’s course in Mechatronic Engineering. Our aim is to familiarize students and invited scholars with the methods, the development and the application of mechatronics in different fields including automotive engineering, aerospace, mobile communication systems, MEMS and, adaptive systems in optics, bionics and robotics.

The master´s students will study at two of the five partner universities:

  • HSKA, Karlsruhe, Germany.

  • ENSMM, Besançon, France.

  • UNIOVI, Gijón, Spain.

  • ISPEU, Ivanovo, Russian Federation.

  • NILE, Cairo, Egypt.

The students can also spend part of their studies at a non-European associated partner university. Lectures are given in the local languages of French, German, Spanish and English (in Egypt and Russia!). Besides earning a world-class qualification, students will have the opportunity to learn new languages and improve their intercultural skills.

During the EU4M****Thesis Project, our students work with professionals from different backgrounds in renowned academic institutions and in the industry sector, thus getting an insight into state-of-the-art European mechatronic technologies. This way, students will develop a coherent and integrated approach towards the design and implementation of contemporary systems.

Third-party institutions offer scholarships for European and non-European students as well as for non-European scholars.
