St Antony’s College of the University of Oxford, in collaboration with the international integrated energy company Eni delivered an Eni Scholarship – DPhil International Development for the academic year 2023-2024.

Preference will be given to applicants whose first degree is from an African university. The university will provide 100% of the fees and an annual grant for living costs. The scholarship also covers one economy return airfare from their home country to the UK at the start and end of their course.
