Requirements for EOEF Undergraduate Scholarship
- Applicants of this scholarship MUST be female undergraduates in any public university in Nigeria
- Applicants MUST come from any one of the 5 LGA’s in the Oro Nation
- The Oron Nation, also known as Akpakip Oro or Oro Ukpabang, is a multi-ethnic group primarily located in southern Nigeria, particularly in Akwa Ibom State and Cross River State. They were once a sovereign and egalitarian society before being incorporated into Nigeria in 1914. The Oron people are known for their strong ancestral lineage with the Efik people and share a language that belongs to the Cross River language
- Applicants MUST be studying one of the following courses:
- Medicine and Surgery
- Pharmacy
- Engineering
- Agricultural Sciences
- Architecture
- Computer Science
- Information and Communication Tcehnology
- Survey
- Applicants in 200 level and above MUST have a CGPA of at least 3.00 CGPA and above
- Applicants in 100 level MUST have a JAMB score of at least 220.
