Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must submit a 250-word response to the following essay question: How has your military service prepared you to enhance your education?
- Must be military active duty, honorably discharged, veteran, or a spouse from any branch of the military.
- Must be a legal resident in the United States.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must be enrolled, or will enroll at an accredited institution of higher learning no later than the fall of 2021.
