With the aim of providing a world-class education to highly qualified students, the University of Western Australia is providing Edith Easthope Scholarships for the academic session 2025/2026.

To be eligible, applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents, in their final semester or have completed a Bachelor of Science with a major in Natural Resources Management or Agricultural Science, and must have applied or be enrolled in the Bachelor of Science (Honours) with a related thesis.The University of Western Australia (UWA) is a leading research-intensive institution located in Perth, Western Australia. Edith Easthope Scholarships in Australia for Bachelor Founded in 1911, The University of Western Australia is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small town of Crawley (population range of 2,500-9,999 inhabitants), Western Australia. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Department of Education and Training, Australia, The University of Western Australia (UWA) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 25,000-29,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. The University of Western Australia (UWA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 108 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Australia

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded to students majoring in Natural Resources Management or Agricultural Science under the Bachelor of Science program.

  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must:

    • Be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia.

    • Be enrolled full-time in the final semester of a Bachelor of Science with a major in Natural Resources Management or Agricultural Science OR

    • Have completed the degree with one of the specified majors.

    • Have applied to enrol or already be enrolled in the Bachelor of Science (Honours) program with a thesis related to their major.

Offered Benefits

Each successful applicant will receive $5,000 to support their honours studies. The scholarship not only provides financial support but also recognizes academic excellence in the fields of natural resources and agricultural sciences.
