Dr Sally Hasell Scholarship in New Zealand, 2024 for Course Zealand (Zealand Institute of Business and Technology) is a higher education institution located in the medium-sized town of Køge (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Zealand. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Uddannelses- og Forskningsministeriet (Ministry of Higher Education and Science, Denmark), Zealand (EASJ) is a small (uniRank enrollment range: 3,000-3,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Zealand (EASJ) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: New Zealand
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: Any subject offered by Te P?kenga trading as Whitireia and WelTec – formerly WelTec
  • Admissible Criteria:
  • Female students who have completed at least one trimester at WelTec during 2023.
  • Must be New Zealand Citizens or have permanent residency.
  • Demonstration of a genuine desire to succeed in their chosen field of study.
  • Good attendance and academic achievement during the program attended at WelTec.
  • Financial or other circumstances that could limit the applicant’s ability to continue their course of study.
  • Enrolled at WelTec in a full-time program for 2024, undertaking study in an area of employment which is under-represented by women (e.g., Construction, Engineering, or Information Technology).

Offered Benefits

The scholarship provides financial support of $3,000 directly towards the course fees of the successful applicant. This scholarship may be held concurrently with another bursary or scholarship, provided the rules for those apply.
