The Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Programme (TEP) is an initiative of the Ministry of Youth Development designed to facilitate entrepreneurship development in students of Delta State origin.
The programme is modeled to train and set up eligible Undergraduate Students with exceptional entrepreneurial drive through access to a venture-capital arrangement.
