The Leadership for Africa scholarship is open to two groups of applicants: highly qualified refugees and nationals from Cameroon, Senegal, or Togo. Refugee applicants must have been granted official refugee status in one of these countries before April 2, 2024, and hold a completed Bachelor’s degree. National applicants must be citizens and residents of Cameroon, Senegal, or Togo and also possess a completed Bachelor’s degree.
