Getting a degree is always beneficial in career, but it can be difficult with some financial barriers. To cover study expense, the University of Kyrenia is granting the Covid-19 special programme programme.
This programme will provide a 10% reduction in tuition fees for students who want to undertake undergraduate degree coursework at the University of Kyrenia in Turkey.
Founded in 2013, Girne Üniversitesi (University of Kyrenia) is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the rural setting of the medium-sized town of Kyrenia (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Northern Cyprus. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the YÖK - Yüksekögretim Kurulu (YÖK - Council of Higher Education), Girne Üniversitesi (UoK) is a very small (uniRank enrollment range: 1,000-1,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Girne Üniversitesi (UoK) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This 6 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.
The University of Kyrenia will provide the award amount of 10% of tuition fees for students to complete their education in Turkey.
