Concordia University Brian T. Counihan Scholarships in Canada for Bachelor Founded in 1974, Concordia University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Montréal (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Quebec. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministère de l'Éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur, Québec (Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Quebec), Concordia University (CU) is a very large (uniRank enrollment range: over-45,000 students) coeducational higher education institution. Concordia University (CU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study.   • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded for any subject offered by Concordia University.
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must:
  • Have completed at least one full academic year or equivalent at Concordia University.
  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral).
  • Hold a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.30.
  • Demonstrate outstanding contribution to student life and campus activities.
  • Not be enrolled as an Independent Student, Visiting Student, or in a Graduate Diploma program.
