Computer/Library and Information Science Scholarships for UK and EU Students, 2020 for Master Founded in 1966, City, University of London is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of London (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, City, University of London is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 15,000-19,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. City, University of London offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 53 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Applications are accepted from around the world.
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The studentships are awarded to pursue an MSc degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Systems Analysis and Design, Computer Games Technology, Cyber Security, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Information Science, MSc/MA Library Science and Software Engineering.
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must have to meet the following criteria:
  • Must hold a first-class honours degree or equivalent.
  • Candidates wishing to take up a place on any of the above courses in September 2020.

Offered Benefits

The grants, each valued at £2,000, are intended to assist students to pay the fees for their chosen course of study.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: To be considered for the opportunity, candidates must have to take admission to one of the Master’s programs. After getting enrolled in the university, they must complete the  SMCSE UK/EU application Form.
  • Supporting Documents: Applicants must submit academic transcript-include certified copies of their academic records, CV and certificates.
  • Admission Requirements: financial aid positions will be awarded on a competitive basis to the most promising applicants.
  • Language Requirement: If your education has not been conducted in the English language, you will be expected to demonstrate evidence of an adequate level of English proficiency. For more information go through the English language requirements.
