Students across the United States have an opportunity to win up to $3,000 in financial aid. The Dietspotlight is pleased to present the Climate Change & Global Warming funding for the 2020 school year.

The Dietspotlight.com program is open to students from well-known universities, including Boise State, UC Berkeley, NYU, and Brown.

The goal of the Student Essay program is to provide fund for many students to reduce their education debt and help them to become the leaders of tomorrow.

Dietspotlight was founded in 2008 in Coral Gables, Florida. It is an online resource for in-depth, researched-based reviews on vitamins, weight-loss supplements, joint care solutions, testosterone support formulas, and other products.

Climate Change & Global Warming Scholarship for Fellowship Founded in 1868, University of California, Berkeley is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Berkeley (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), California. This institution has also branch campuses in the following location(s): Davis, Irvine, Los Angeles, Merced, Riverside, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the WASC Senior College and University Commission, University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley) is a very large (uniRank enrollment range: 40,000-44,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Submissions are accepted only form the United States
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The sponsorship will award for all study courses in any subject
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
  • Participants must be a current student attending college in the US.
  • Candidates must be from well-known universities, including Boise State, UC Berkeley, NYU, and Brown.
  • Applicants should be legal residents of the fifty United States, the U.S. Territories, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico
  • Students must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of application
  • Must be currently enrolled in the U.S. accredited, post-secondary institution of higher learning (college, university, or trade school).
  • Current employ­ees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor and its related companies and members of their im­mediate families (defined as spouses, parents, siblings and children) and persons residing at the same address are not eligible to win.
  • Void where prohibited. No purchase of any kind is necessary.

Offered Benefits

Four frontrunners will select, based on the quality of the submitted essay. $3000 is the highest award. Three additional winning students will receive $1000 each.

Application Process

To Enter: Applicants must submit an online application with an essay on the following essay subject:

  • It’s undeniable the impact climate change has caused. Whether it’s the melting of glaciers, extinction of animal species or forests burning to the ground acre by acre – high temperatures may be the cause.
  • In 1500 words or less, explain how climate change impacts our health and the importance of sustainable practices that can positively impact climate change.
  • Limit one (1) application per person.
  • Title: Climate Change & Global Warming – The importance of Sustainable Practices
  • Entry Requirements: 900 – 1,500 words essay required in .doc or pdf format only and answer should be written in English with correct spelling and grammar
