Chinese Language Institute Immersion Program Scholarship, 2020 for Course

Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible Countries: China
• Acceptable Course or Subjects: Intensive language Immersion Program and Study Abroad options to learn Chinese in Guilin, as well as online language classes.
• Admissible Criteria: To be eligible for the opportunity , candidates must hold a previous year degree.

CLI awards several $250 and $500 scholarships each year to highly talented students for intensive language immersion program and study abroad options.

Application Process

• How to Apply: To apply for a CLI Scholarship, please e-mail the following questions to CLI’s Admissions Manager (tania-at-studycli.org, subject line: “CLI Scholarship – Immersion Program”).
• Supporting Documents: Candidates must submit a 200–400-word essay answering the given two questions: What are the three main reasons you wish to learn the Chinese language? And how does Chinese language proficiency fit into your short- and long-term personal, professional, and academic goals?”
• Admission Requirements: Applicants will be selected on the basis of financial need and academic merit.
• Language Requirement: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
