Chemnitz University of Technology TU4Ukraine Scholarships in Germany Founded in 1836, Technische Universität Chemnitz (Chemnitz University of Technology) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Chemnitz (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Saxony. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Sächsisches Staatsministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst (Saxon State Ministry of Science and the Arts), Technische Universität Chemnitz (TU Chemnitz) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Technische Universität Chemnitz (TU Chemnitz) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Ukrainian students are eligible to apply.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Applicants can apply to undertake any Diploma, Bachelor, Master, PhD level course or subject at Chemnitz University of Technology
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • Applicants must be Ukrainian students.
  • Candidates should have high school certificates.
  • Ukrainian students and PhD-students who are enrolled for studies at Technische Universität Chemnitz to acquire one of the following degrees: Diploma, Bachelor, Master, PhD.

Offered Benefits

The selected candidates will receive an award amount in the following max. 931,00 € (Bachelor and Master students), max. 1.200,00 € (Doctoral students) (possible deductions due to additional income) at Chemnitz.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: The applicants can apply to Chemnitz either through the university portal or. To apply for the scholarship, applicants are required to upload by the applicant by 22 September 2023 in ONE PDF document (Surname_Name) to the TUCcloud: https://tuc.cloud/index.php/s/bWLMiMFGEJnKENA
  • Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:
  • Duly filled and signed application form, including a personal statement 2.CV (tabular) 3.Latest Transcript of Records, for PhD-students: Copy of Masters Certificate 4. Proof of German language skills (if available) 5.Copy of passport and residence permit or certificate of fiction 6.Current certificate of enrollment or copy of the admission letter
  • Admission Requirements: Applicants must have qualifications supporting the PhD programme applied to gain admission at the university.
  • Language Requirement: The applicants are required to attain minimum scores in the following English language proficiency tests:
  • TOEFL IBT – 73
  • IELTS – 5.5
  • TOEIC – 785
