Requirements for Chang'an University Innovation Scholarship
- Open to international students (all non-Chinese nationals)
- Applicants aged 18-25 in good health
- Must hold a valid foreign passport
- High school diploma holders
- Must have at least 5.5 IELTS or 68 TOEFL
- Must comply with Chinese laws and university regulations
Selection Process
- Selection is based on a review of application materials and interviews
- The university assesses academic background and personal qualifications
- Successful candidates will receive an Admission Notice and Visa Application Form (JW202) for visa processing

The proof of English proficiency
It includes IELTS, TOFEL, TOEIC and other recognized test. And it can be waived if the lingua franca in your country is English.
