Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (CUAS) announces the TECH Scholarship for exceptional Master’s students from Europe, South America, and Mexico. Four awards of 8,400 euros each provide monthly stipends, part-time jobs, and free German courses to support studies in Engineering & IT programs.
Eligibility for the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences TECH Scholarship requires applicants to hold an excellent Bachelor’s degree without a prior Master’s, possess nationality from specified countries in Europe, South America, or Mexico, and have no Austrian citizenship or residence at application time.

Application Process
To be eligible for this award, applicants must submit application for CUAS Master’s program first. Eligible candidates receive an email with a scholarship link. Deadline: 15 May 2026. Notifications by end of June 2026. Scholarship holders must adhere to training and study regulations.
