The Business Merit Awards recognize CMU students who are business-minded and who desire to enter a business program at CMU. Each year, three Business Merit Awards (maximum value $6,000; $2,000 per year for up to three years) are awarded to students entering CMU.

Canadian Mennonite University Business Merit Awards 2026 for Bachelor Established in 2000, Canadian Mennonite University is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the medium-sized city of Winnipeg (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Manitoba. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Department of Education and Training, Manitoba, Canadian Mennonite University (CMU) is a very small (uniRank enrollment range: 1,000-1,999 students) coeducational higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Mennonite religion. The following are required to be considered for the Business Merit Award:

  1. A 250-word statement, double-spaced, describing what inspires and motivates you study business.
  2. A reference form submitted by someone who can recommend you to the Redekop School of Business. This will be automatically sent to your reference when you submit the Scholarship Application.
