The Dan David Prize awards scholarships to doctoral and post-doctoral researchers, carrying out research in one of the selected fields for the current year. Each year the Dan David Prize awards 20 scholarships of US$15,000 each to outstanding doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers. 10 scholarships are awarded to students from universities all over the world and 10 scholarships to students from Tel Aviv University.

Call for Scholarship Applications 2017, Dan David Prize for Phd Founded in 1956, Tel Aviv University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Tel Aviv (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants). Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministry of Education, Israel, Tel Aviv University (TAU) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 25,000-29,999 students) coeducational higher education institution formally affiliated with the Jewish religion. Tel Aviv University (TAU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Offered Benefits

The Dan David Prize laureates annually donate twenty scholarships of US$15,000 each to outstanding doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers of exceptional promise in the chosen fields for the current year. Ten scholarships are awarded to students at universities throughout the world and ten scholarships to students at Tel Aviv University .
