The Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers 40 grants to French-speaking PhD students and PhD holders.
The Doctoral and Postdoctoral Grants will be allocated for a period of 3 months as the scheme is open to French-speaking PhD students and PhD holders who are enrolled or are a member of a member university. Under our guidance, the candidates are encouraged to seek admission in one of the 26 Romanian Universities and conduct their research in a wide range of study fields.
The “Eugen Ionescu” funding involves:
- a monthly allowance of 1000 € for PhD holders and of 800 € for PhD students;
- an installation bonus of 300 €;
- a round-trip plane ticket;
- a health insurance;
- a compensatory aid for laboratory supplies (given to the host university).
