CalArts Merit Scholarships for International Students in USA for Bachelor Founded in 1961, California Institute of the Arts is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the large town of Valencia (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), California. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the WASC Senior College and University Commission, California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) is a very small (uniRank enrollment range: 1,000-1,999 students) coeducational higher education institution.   • 5 – 7.0 IELTS
  • 53 – 63 PTE
  • 105 – 120 Duolingo (DET)
