Submission of ExpensesTo claim reimbursement, students must submit the following receipts to Dr. Cordula Mora, CURS Director, via email within 30 days of travel:
- Event program cover page and participant listing.
- Conference/event registration fee receipt.
- Travel receipts (e.g., airfare).
- Accommodation receipts (e.g., hotel).
- Itemized receipts for food and fuel purchases.
- Bank or credit card statement matching the receipts.
Application Process
Applicants must complete the online application form, which requires:
- Basic information about the student, faculty mentor(s), and the event.
- Uploading the following supporting documents:
- Evidence of acceptance of presentation or participation.
- Reference letter(s) from faculty mentor(s) supporting the student’s participation.
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and should be submitted at least four weeks before traveling.
