    • Present research (paper, poster, research, performance) or participate orally in the event.
    • Students may not receive more than one travel grant per academic year.

Submission of Expenses

  • Accommodation receipts (e.g., hotel).
  • Itemized receipts for food and fuel purchases.
  • Bank or credit card statement matching the receipts.

Application Process

Applicants must complete the online application form, which requires:

  • Basic information about the student, faculty mentor(s), and the event.
  • Uploading the following supporting documents:
    • Evidence of acceptance of presentation or participation.
    • Reference letter(s) from faculty mentor(s) supporting the student’s participation.
  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and should be submitted at least four weeks before traveling.
