Australian POTS Foundation PhD Top-up Scholarship at University of Adelaide, Australia Founded in 1874, The University of Adelaide is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Adelaide (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), South Australia. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Department of Education and Training, Australia, The University of Adelaide (UofA) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 25,000-29,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. The University of Adelaide (UofA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Students from Australia, New Zealand, and International Students can apply.
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in any subject offered by the university
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following given criteria:
  • Enrolled full-time in a PhD program at an Australian University.
  • Residing in Australia for the tenure of their PhD program.
  • A recipient of an Australian Government RTP grant, NHMRC scholarship or similar.
  • No more than 18 months into their PhD program at the time of application. (Pro-rata payments will apply accordingly).

Application Process

  • How to Apply: First, applicants must be admitted to the University. After that, they can fill online form for this funding program and submit required applications by mail at research-at-potsfoundation.org.au.
  • Supporting Documents: The following documents must be submitted with the application to complete the process:
  • 1 x copy of your academic transcript
  • Confirmation of approval of your PhD RTP grant or similar
  • Letter of recommendation by proposed / current PhD Supervisor
  • Evidence of letter of offer or enrolment in a PhD program at an Australian University.
  • Admission Requirements: Students should review the admission requirements for their selected program before applying.
  • Language Requirement: Students must be proficient in the English language.
