Are you an undergraduate or a fresh graduate seeking development opportunities?

Join Aradel Internship Program, designed to equip you with valuable on-the-job experience, provide coaching support, and help you gain meaningful exposure and insights into the Energy Industry.

Our Graduate internships are for a maximum duration of twelve months (1 year), while Undergraduate internships are for a maximum duration of six (6) months or as stipulated by the university. Location is Lagos and Port Harcourt only.

Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate

  1. Be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program.
  2. Be a 300-level/400-level student.
  3. Have the relevant approval or authorization for an internship in the 2025/2026 academic year.

Graduate

  1. Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  2. Have graduated with a minimum of Second-Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit for HND holders.
  3. Should be a recent graduate (less than one year post-graduation).
