APEGNB Graduate Scholarships 2025 Established in 1864, Université de Moncton (University of Moncton) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Moncton (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), New Brunswick. This institution has also branch campuses in the following location(s): Edmundston, Shippagan. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour, New Brunswick, Université de Moncton (UM) is a small (uniRank enrollment range: 5,000-5,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Université de Moncton (UM) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 155 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 50-60% making this Canadian higher education organization a averagely selective institution. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Preference will be given to applicants who are members or members-in-training with APEGNB
  • Must be an engineering graduate entering the first year of a graduate program at the University of New Brunswick or l’Université de Moncton

Offered Benefits

  1. The APEGNB Advanced Studies Scholarship offers up to two awards of $5,000 each to full-time or part-time Master’s or Doctoral students in engineering or geoscience, with preference given to APEGNB members or members-in-training.
  2. The Ottis I. Logue Graduate Scholarship provides a single award of up to $5,000 to an engineering graduate entering the first year of a Master’s or Doctorate program at either the University of New Brunswick or Université de Moncton.
