To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be full-time postgraduate students at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington. The Anstiss-Garland Charitable Trust Postgraduate Scholarship offers a one-year award of $5,000 to support postgraduate students committed to studying social justice in areas relating to rehabilitation and restorative justice. Doctoral students may reapply in future years.
