York University (YU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Applications are accepted from around the world
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in any subject offered by the university
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the given criteria:
  • Awarded to an incoming international student admitted to Glendon with top academic standing (85% and higher)
  • Applicants must demonstrate great leadership potential and/or financial need
  • Preference will be given to Francophone applicants

York University will provide the award amount of $5,000 – $10,000 for applicants in Canada.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: To apply, students have to enrol in the undergraduate degree programme at the university. After that, complete the Glendon International Scholarship Application and send by e-mail to
  • Supporting Documents: Official international academic transcripts submitted directly to World Education Services (WES) Canada for verification as part of the admission process
  • Admission Requirements: Students must hold a previous degree certificate with relevant marks.
  • Language Requirement: If your first language is neither English nor French, please ensure that you meet our language proficiency requirements for admission.
