Anna Ahrenberg Postdoctoral Position in Political Challenges in Today’s World, Sweden for Fellowship Established in 1891, Göteborgs universitet (The University of Gothenburg) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the medium-sized city of Göteborg (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Vastra Gotaland County. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Open to applicants worldwide

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The position is offered within Political Science and its subdisciplines (political theory, comparative politics, international politics, public policy, administration, etc.)

  • Admissible Criteria:

    • Applicants must hold a PhD in Political Science or a closely related subject (completed by the time of the appointment decision).

    • Preferably, the PhD should have been awarded no more than three years before the application deadline (exceptions allowed for special reasons).

    • Very good written and spoken English skills are required.

    • Candidates should demonstrate strong research potential, organizational ability, problem-solving skills, and effective communication and collaboration abilities.
