The Al Jazeera Fellowship Program is a two-month fellowship designed for experienced journalists and researchers interested in media and journalism. It provides participants with the opportunity to conduct in-depth research at Al Jazeera Media Network (AJMN) headquarters, developing a 7,000-word research paper relevant to journalism or digital media. Fellows are immersed in Al Jazeera’s dynamic media environment, meeting editors and journalists who align with their research topics. The program aims to advance journalistic scholarship and foster a deeper understanding of digital journalism, especially within the Global South.
