Aker Scholarships for Norway Students at Yale-NUS College, Singapore

Yale-NUS College is actively helping bright students through its mind-blowing Aker Scholarships. The programme is available for the academic year 2021-22. 

This scholarship scheme will provide a reduction in the tuition fees for the entire duration of any approved study programme. Students belonging to Norway who wishes to undertake a master’s or PhD degree programme are eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Norway
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: All master’s and PhD degree courses and subjects offered by the university are eligible.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • The students must belong to Norway.

Offered Benefits

 Selected students will be provided funding in the form of study expenses at Yale-NUS College in Singapore.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: The students must apply for their choice of Master’s programme through the university portal. Students are required to apply online for the opportunity individually.
  • Supporting Documents: The following documents are required by the university:
  • Transcripts or academic records
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Receipt of application fee
  • Admission Requirements: The students must compulsorily submit scores of ACT and SAT to secure admission at Yale-NUS.
  • Language Requirement: The students are required to submit results of the following English language proficiency tests:
  • TOEFL –100
  • IELTS – 7.0
  • Duolingo – 120
