To attract academically gifted students from around the world to study at their campus, Harrow International School Beijing has established the AISL Harrow Scholarships for international students for the academic year 2022-2023.

This scholarship is being offered to especially international students applying for A-Level study commencing in 2022. Ten scholarships are available and will be awarded to academically outstanding performing students towards the cost of their education at Harrow. The selected students will be awarded a fully-funded two-year A-Level education.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: All international students are eligible to apply.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Students can apply for the A-Level programme in Art, Biology, Business, Chemistry, Computer Science, Design Technology, Economics, Mandarin, Further Mathematics, English Literature, Geography, History, Mathematics, Media Studies, Physics, Psychology, and Theatre Studies at Harrow International School Beijing. (Harrow Bangkok, Harrow Hong Kong, Harrow Beijing, Harrow Shanghai, and Harrow Shenzhen).
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • Completion of GCSE/IGCSE (or equivalent) studies before 1st August 2022, with a prediction of outstanding grades
  • Outstanding academic performance, supported by a great English command
  • Born between 1st September 2005 and 31st August 2006
  • Be applying for Year 12 study commencing August 2022, with graduation in June 2024
  • Harrow Beijing is a day school and does not offer boarding/residential accommodation.
  • For all international applicants, to confirm eligibility to study in China, we will require the official Chinese visa number from the parent’s passport.
  • Students holding a Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, or Taiwanese passport should provide their passport/identity document number.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: The students are required to submit their admission applications online via the application portal of the school. All eligible applicants will be considered automatically.
  • Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:
  • Proof of citizenship
  • Language proficiency proof
  • Academic documents such as transcripts, mark sheets, etc
  • Admission Requirements: The applicants must complete GCSE/IGCSE (or equivalent) studies before 1st August 2022, with a prediction of outstanding grades. The applicants must also meet our academic and social entry requirements.
  • Language Requirement: The students must have great English command.
