The AIG Foundation, in partnership with the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government, invites applications for the prestigious AIG Fellowship. This fully funded programme offers senior public servants from Africa the opportunity to spend up to six months at Oxford, engaging in policy research, academic reflection, and knowledge exchange.
The fellowship is open to senior public servants in Africa who hold leadership positions such as Director Generals or Chief Executive Officers. Applicants must have at least six years remaining before retirement and demonstrate a strong record of impactful leadership, including successful reforms in sectors like health, education, finance, or security. A minimum of a master’s degree, recent professional development, and endorsement from a high-ranking official are required. Candidates must also have a clean disciplinary record and pass security clearance.
