Welcome to AHEAD, where the future of work in Africa begins with us. Our program is dedicated to nurturing conscious business leaders across Africa, poised to transform the continent's business landscape. Over a 3- to 4-month period, you'll embark on a journey to think and operate like a top African business professional. The time commitment is around 40 hours per month.

Become an allrounder in business that can solve any challenge. Upon completing this training, you will be a true asset to any company that is seeking young professional talent. You will understand what it means to do business in Africa. And you will have built up your unique profile as a leader and professional that can inspire teams. Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be aged between 18-35 years
  • Have full fluency in written and verbal English,
  • Hail from the African continent or the diaspora,
  • Possess a university degree.
