The scholarship aims to encourage students who wish to start an undergraduate degree programme at the International University of East Africa.
Established in 2010, International University of East Africa is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Kampala (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Central Region. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the The National Council for Higher Education, Uganda, International University of East Africa (IUEA) is a very small (uniRank enrollment range: 500-999 students) coeducational higher education institution. International University of East Africa (IUEA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This 9 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 60-70% making this Ugandan higher education organization a somewhat selective institution. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.
Benefits: Each successful winner will get a reduction of 10% in tuition fees at the International University of East Africa.
