AES Engineering Scholarship 2025

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to high school seniors and post-secondary students.

• No restriction to engineering students – applicants from all fields of study are welcome.

• International students studying in Canada (or elsewhere) are eligible.

• Essay must be original and not AI-generated.

• GPA is not the primary criterion – selection is based on strength of character as seen in the essay.

• Any course of study – you do not need to be studying engineering.

Application Process

• Write an essay of 500–1000 words answering the prompt:
  “When you look back on your life in 30 years, what would it take for you to consider your life successful? What relationships or accomplishments will be important on this journey?”

• Submit the essay to:

• Include your:

  • Full name

  • Current school

  • Study plans for next year

• Do not include your résumé.
