Adelaide Health Simulation HDR Supplementary Scholarships in Australia Founded in 1874, The University of Adelaide is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Adelaide (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), South Australia. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Department of Education and Training, Australia, The University of Adelaide (UofA) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 25,000-29,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. The University of Adelaide (UofA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Open to all nationalities
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in the field of health simulation within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences at The University of Adelaide.
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
    • Undertake no less than 80% of their research at Adelaide Health Simulation.
    • Have completed all requirements for admission into a Higher Degree by Research (HDR) program (either Masters by Research or PhD).
    • Be enrolled in, or accepted for enrolment in, an HDR program at The University of Adelaide.
    • Have applied for or been awarded a competitive university HDR scholarship (e.g., RTPS or UARS).
    • Be commencing studies in Semester 2, 2024, or by no later than March 31st, 2025.
    • Possess study rights via one of the following: Australian citizenship, Permanent residence in Australia, or a valid student visa.

Offered Benefits

Stipend: The scholarship offers a top-up funding of 75% on top of the RTPS or UARS scholarship per annum for up to 3.5 years for PhD students or 2 years for Masters by Research students.
