2025 University Of Global Health Equity (UGHE) Masters in Global Nursing Scholarship Founded in 2015, University of Global Health Equity is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the large city of Kigali (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Kigali City. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministry of Education, Rwanda, University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) is a coeducational higher education institution. University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as master degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience as a registered nurse (RN)
  • Current employment as an RN
  • Current non-restricted RN practice license
  • Proficiency in English
  • Academic documents from an accredited institution (Notarized copies)

Offered Benefits

  • Successful candidates enjoy a 100% tuition-only scholarship. However, they must commit to completing the program; failure to do so will require a refund of the entire scholarship amount.
  • The MGNL program, delivered 80% online, demands students to have access to functional computers and high-speed internet. Students report to the UGHE campus for examinations for two weeks each semester.
  • While UGHE covers tuition, students are responsible for all costs outside UGHE’s Butaro campus, including airfare, accommodation, meals, and visa fees.
  • The award lasts for two years, and students are expected to bring personal items and toiletries as UGHE does not provide pocket money or living stipends.
