Eligibility Criteria

  • Hold a Bachelors degree
  • Be a Thai or a foreign citizen
  • Be proficient in Thai or English.
  • Possess a CGPA of 2.75 for Masters or 3.00 for PhD applicants

Offered Benefits

  • Tuition Fee and Thesis Support
  • Monthly Living Allowance: 10,000 Baht for master’s students and 15,000 Baht for Ph.D. students
  • Visa Fee and Airport Taxes: Up to 10,000 Baht
  • Round Trip Airfare Tickets (Economy Class) on a Direct Route to Thailand
  • Health & Accident Insurance throughout the Scholarship Duration

Steps for register and fill out online application: 

  • Register at:  https://graduateadmission.siit.tu.ac.th/
  • Click for the online application of your interest program

 Please use this information to login the admission system:

  • Username: email address
  • Password: passport number or Citizen ID number

NB: You are required to change password after first login.

Required Documents:

For the online application process, please prepare and attach required documents as the electronic files (Jpeg., Jpg., PDF. format) As follows:

  • Statement of Purpose (At least one page)
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
  • Official Transcript or Current Transcript
  • Bachelor’s Degree Transcript with a minimum GPA of 2.75
  • Bachelor’s Degree Transcript and Master’s Degree Transcript with a GPA of 3.50
  • Citizen ID Card or Passport
  • Research Papers, Publications, or Certificates (if any)
  • Recent Photograph (1 × 1.5-inch size in jpeg format)
  • Certificate of English Proficiency Test (if available)

Note: Applicants can apply online even without a certificate of English proficiency test.
