Up to 200 Liverpool John Moores University Scholarships are open to the students for pursuing the full-time undergraduate programme for the 2017-2018 academic year.

Eligibility Criteria
Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship:
- You must have LJMU as your first choice (firm) via UCAS
- You must achieve a minimum of three grade As at A2 level or equivalent (360 UCAS points from three units). This level of academic excellence will need to be sustained throughout your course
- You must be able to demonstrate a level of commitment, excellence and achievement above that of your peers. This may be through citizenship, sport or the performing arts. Please note this list is only intended as an example. You may have excelled in another area that differs from these examples.
- You must be an outstanding student who will act as an ambassador for LJMU
Community Excellence Scholarship:
- You must be able to show commitment, achievement and excellence above that of your peers in an area such as volunteering, sports, the arts, or citizenship. Please note this list is only intended as an example. You may have excelled in another area that differs from these examples.
- The Community Excellence Scholarships are in place to help remove financial barriers to studying for those students who show potential and/or determination
- Priority will be given to students who have accepted LJMU as their first choice (firm) via UCAS
Academic Excellence Scholarship:

Michael Brown Scholarship:

Offered Benefits
Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship: Six scholarships, £10,000 each year for the duration of your courses
Community Excellence Scholarship: 100 scholarships, £1,000 each year for the duration of your courses
Academic Excellence Scholarship: 100 scholarships, £1,000 each year for the duration of your courses
Michael Brown Scholarship: 12 scholarships, £1,000 each year for the duration of your courses
Application Process
The mode of applying is online. Students must have submitted a UCAS application and received an offer from University to study a full-time undergraduate course.
