Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants for the Canada constituency must meet the following criteria:
- Citizenship/Residency: Be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada. Refugees/asylum seekers currently residing in Canada will also be considered.
- Domicile: Be domiciled in Canada.
- Age Criteria: Meet one of the following age requirements by October 1st, 2025:
- Be aged 18-23 (born between October 2nd, 2001, and October 1st, 2007).
- OR be under the age of 27 (born after October 1st, 1998) AND have completed their first undergraduate degree on or after October 1st, 2024.
- Academic Achievement: Will have completed an undergraduate degree (normally a Bachelor's degree) by July 2026 with an academic background and grade that, at a minimum, meets or exceeds the specific entry requirements of their chosen full-time course at the University of Oxford. A First Class Honours Degree (or equivalent) or a cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher will increase the chances of successful admission to Oxford.
