Young talents from all around the world are offered this wonderful opportunity to join the European Forum Alpbach (EFA) Scholarship Programme. The scholarship is open for the academic year 2023-2024.

International and domestic students can participate in this scholarship programme. The applicants must be aged between 18 to 35 years of age, have B2 level English language proficiency, and be available for a 12-day course to be considered. The scholarship award will cover the participation fee, accommodation, and a daily allowance of Euro 20 per day.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: All international and home students can apply.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Students can apply to become a member of the European Forum Alpbach.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • The applicants must be 18 to 30-35 years of age.
  • The applicants must be available and ready to attend the European Forum Alpbach 2023 for a minimum of 12 days.

Offered Benefits

The participants who will be chosen as winners will be award a scholarship covering participation fee and accommodation for the entire duration of EFA23. It will also additionally provide a daily allowance of EUR 20 / day and a reimbursement of travel costs.

  • How to Apply: Interested students can submit a scholarship application here. All eligible applicants shall be considered.
  • Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:
  • Motivational statement
  • CV
  • Proof of English language requirements
  • Latest diploma or transcript of records
  • Admission Requirements: The students must meet all the eligibility requirements.
  • Language Requirement: The applicants must have a minimum level B2 of Common European Framework of Reference proficiency in the English language.
