ISACA Trinidad & Tobago (ISACA T&T) is excited to announce the unique opportunity for up to two (2) university students/recent graduates to receive a scholarship award to attend the ISACA T&T facilitated training event for the recently launched ISACA Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate!
This program offers students an opportunity to learn more about the cybersecurity profession, attend technical training sessions with those already in the workforce, and gain an understanding of the core material required to pursue the CSX Fundamentals Certificate exam.
Eligibility Criteria
You are required to upload an essay. Applications are invited from students (including postgraduate) who are enrolled in Cybersecurity and related programs, such as digital analysis, computer science, information systems, forensics, information assurance, information security, information systems security, and programming/software development. Essay must not have been previously published. Applications are also invited from recent graduates from a recognized college or university within the last two (2) years, with a minimum three (3) year degree.Applications must be endorsed by an academic nominator (the student supervisor or another representative from their University/College).You are required to be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago.

Please complete an essay, double-spaced, no smaller than 12pt type, between 700-1000 words (approx. 3-4 pages) Please offer us your opinion on what you believe to be the most significant cyber security threats to mission-critical services and how you would mitigate those threats while identifying any barriers to your planned mitigation.
