Applicants must be citizens of Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Hungary, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, or Turkmenistan, under 30 years old, and have completed their bachelor’s degree within the last 3 years.
