The Communicators’ Forum Award is awarded to two Chang School continuing education students registered in the Chang School continuing education Public Relations or Strategic Marketing Management certificate program, who have demonstrated academic and career plans, who have experience working or volunteering in the not-for-profit sector and who are able to demonstrate financial need. This award is intended to assist students in meeting educational expenses, specifically students who would be unable to continue their studies without such financial assistance.

Toronto Metropolitan University Communicators`` Forum Award 2025 for Bachelor Established in 2003, Metropolitan University is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the medium-sized city of Sylhet (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants). Officially accredited and/or recognized by the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh, Metropolitan University (MU) is a very small (uniRank enrollment range: 1,000-1,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Metropolitan University (MU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This 16 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 60-70% making this Bangladeshi higher education organization a somewhat selective institution.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicant must be registered in the Chang School continuing education Public Relations or Strategic Marketing Management certificate program.
  • Applicant must have clear academic standing.
  • Applicant must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Protected Person or Landed Immigrant.
  • Applicant must be a Chang School continuing education student.
  • Applicant must be an Ontario resident for at least one year (12 consecutive months).
  • Applicant must demonstrate financial need as determined by Toronto Metropolitan University.
  • Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  • Applicant must be enrolled in a Chang School continuing education course.


Offered Benefits

$4,000 will be given to the recipient of the scholarship,
