Summary
A beneficial offer for students to study in Europe. The Federation of European Biochemical Societies (FEBS), founded on 1 January 1964, has grown to become one of Europe’s largest organizations in the molecular life sciences, with over 35,000 members in over 35 biochemistry and molecular biology societies (referred to as ‘Constituent Societies’) located throughout Europe and neighboring regions. As a grass-roots organization, FEBS thus gives a voice to a sizable portion of Europe’s academic research and teaching communities.
Why should you apply for the programme? Through its journals, Congresses, Advanced Courses, Fellowships, and other initiatives, FEBS promotes and supports biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, molecular biophysics, and related research areas. Numerous programs place a premium on scientific exchange and collaboration between scientists working in different countries and the development of early-career scientists.
