Application Process

  • How to Apply: Students must have to take admission in the masters and PhD degree coursework at the university. After that, you can apply for the award.
  • Supporting Documents: Scanned copy of master’s degree certificate along with a transcript, scanned copy of Bachelor’s degree certificate along with a transcript, scanned copy of college certificate along with a transcript, scanned copy of secondary school education certificate along with a transcript, scanned copy of passport biodata page, statement of purpose, research proposal, email address and send it to All candidates who wish to be nominated for this application must forward their application package via email to [email protected] or Syed Kashif Jehan, Project Director, Human Resouces Development Division, Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
  • Admission Requirements: Applicant must have completed an undergraduate degree which has an equivalency of 16 years viz. 04 year’s bachelor degree program graduated from State recognized university after 12 year’s school education equated by IBCC.
  • Language Requirement: Students must have to submit English Proficiency Certificate from the last attended university in which it may be stated that the mode of education was the English language.
