Honors International Scholarships at University of Evansville, USA for Bachelor Established in 1854, University of Evansville is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Evansville (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Indiana. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Higher Learning Commission, University of Evansville (UE) is a small (uniRank enrollment range: 2,000-2,999 students) coeducational higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Methodist religion. University of Evansville (UE) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 165 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 60-70% making this US higher education organization a somewhat selective institution. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Students can apply to take an honors programme of choice offered at UE.

Offered Benefits

The selected applicants will be given $1,500 per year towards the tuition fee of a bachelor’s degree at UE.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: Students must log in to the application management portal of the university to apply. Each applicant is automatically considered for all UE scholarship funding as a part of a holistic review of the application.
  • Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:
  • Two recommendation letters
  • Personal statement
  • High school records
  • Copy of passport
  • A waiver letter received directly from your high school stating that you have at least three years of instruction in English can also fill this requirement.
  • Admission Requirements: Applicants are expected to submit SAT or ACT scores.
  • Language Requirement: The students must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
  • TOEFL: minimum 79
  • IELTS: minimum 6.0
  • Duolingo English: minimum 100
